FOLLOWIZ scam and not working services

The followiz main admin returned me on order 27765760, so that it hasn't started for a week. I talked to tech support for a long time. Even your ISP could not start it.

There was a similar problem. I created a similar order for the same link: 27882691 and it does not start, although a little later I made a small order 27882867 for the same service and it started.

I would like to similarly receive a refund for order 27882691, which does not start and will not start in the same way. launches cheap orders, but ignores expensive ones!

The gif comment was rejected by Facebook for being too narrow as shown in the screenshot (it was never publicly available due to this and could not be liked). 5 minutes later the post itself was deleted by its author.

I have a horrible experience with this panel. Ever since that i will never ever use their service again.

Order drop, service stated start in 1 hour, But waited for 24 hour doesn't start at all.

Send ticket, request for speed up. They reply "it can take up to 72 hours for my request"

Then i said i've waited for more than 24 hour...i don't want another 72 hours..then they asked me to wait for 48 hours.

After 48 hours, still not increasing.

Ticket sended, asking me to wait another 48 hours AGAIN, and goes on and on. End up..They refund me after 3-4 days

The whole experience with them are a total nightmare.

I have opened SL as well, same problem, I ordered 5000 youtube subs, 13 days passed 0 subs delivered, every time I ask for refund, they are asking to wait aditional 24 hours. I am resseling services on Russian fiverr clown, my order there is canceled, and I have got reputation decrease. I explained same to followiz team, told them that only solution is refund for me, but still same, no refund, no subs added.

They advetise that orders start in 2 hours, they did not start after 300 hours, and still they dont cancel and refund.

The main problem of this situation: Before they cancel I cant order from another provider.

They always say that their provider should cancel first, and this sound weird to me. Normally panel owners hold money and when the order is complete, supplier get paid, this first. Second I deal with followiz panel, so I should not care from where they get this or another service, if something get wrong, followiz team should take responsilibility.

It is not 2 orders as you say, I made single order for 5000 subscribers and drip feeded them for 25 days. Dont play silly games, I paid 45$ for this order. Your sistem devide it for multiply orders, currently I have 28668687; 28644266, 28618894 ; 28606471 ; 28589939; 28573996 ; 28557677 ; 28573996 ; 28557677 ; 28525123 .....

I will repeat and ask the mod to look into it, because all this orders are single order for 45$, which I order 02/09/202 and since this day 0 subs are added, so refund 45$ which I paid

When you order drip feed in your system, your panel devide it for multiply orders, but still I made a single order. I have no Idea why I have to live 100 comment and support msgs to get money back, clearly they cant delivery and basicly I dont need it any more, they advertise that order starts in 2 hours, it did not start in 14 days, so what else I need to show to get justice.... We have already refunded 6 orders on 8. You have not followed the dripfeed rules ... This service is sending 20 subs per day and you made a dripfeed order to send 200 subs per day on the account.

I did not recieve even 20 subs day, 0 in 15 days, and I am pretty sure that speed was not 20 day when I ordered, you probably changed it now, but sadly I have no screenshot. I order not a first time, so I know how your system works.

I am chatting with support for over 15 days, and never you said any thing about wrong drip feed options. It is not big money for me, but I clearly see who is behing this sevice now.

I was your customer for couple of years, will never use your service again anyway.

Note how in the first attached I had an issue with 12 orders.

Edit: I should also mention, those 12 orders never were delivered rather the order was canceled stating they delivered, I had to post on his thread for him to give me a "one time exception" refund as it was so long ago. It was only "so long ago" because I had to wait months for his support reps to "escalate this issue" with their "provider".

Do not order from them, they will never refund if they cant delivery, it 100% proved already and it seems that mods are protecting them for some reason, even with tons of shitlists and complain they dont get banned, dont waste your time.

Yes we have agent's working that does not have access to the system directly.

Do not order from them, they will never refund if they cant delivery, it 100% proved already and it seems that mods are protecting them for some reason, even with tons of shitlists and complain they dont get banned, dont waste your time.

As you can see above I had same situation and I still have 12$ on my balance, I ordered several services to dont live accoutn with balace there, and they did not complete this orders either. Team of scammers, nothing more

Yes we have agent's working that does not have access to the system directly.

We can send proof that we cancel tons of orders daily because of clients making mistakes or other reasons. We are working hard daily to maintain only good service so this kind off situation don't happen.

Ok finally I got my refund. Some of your clients reseling services, and we have deadlines, cancelation policies. And when your order dont even start and you spend another 2 weeks talking to support and ask them to cancel or delivery, and you get non of this and even bhw shitlist dont get it solved, it is make bad impressions about your service, it is look like pure scam. Hope you get this part of your bussiness solved. Any way good luck.
