My Ebay listings was removed today

My ebay listings was removed today because of trademark violation.
I have seen a lot of listing the same products as mine (hair straightener).
Why wasn't those listings removed?
I'm sure they are not authentic products as well.


Is there any tips and tricks that I can list my products on ebay without getting removed ? I'm sick and tired of it now.

Yeah it was probably competition that notified eBay. That was my experience.
It is hit or miss. Some stuff I see people selling week in and week out and some
one new will list and have it taken down in a day. One of many reasons I hate feebay.

I've been selling a fake product on ebay for a few months now. ALL of my feedback is 100% then one day last week my listings get taken off for trademark violation. Says the vero reported them. There's still people with active listings selling the same product though.

It happens to everybody. I've tried to relist and they got taken down again so I'm not sure what to do. I guess I'll just have to make a new account

That happened to me last year. Hundreds of others were selling the same thing and they are still there selling. I just gave up on the product.
Try Amazon. Many ebay sellers are over there now.
And since this is BHW, maybe you should report some of these sellers too.

eBay has really gone to the dogs for sellers. If you are going to sell VERO on eBay you will need several stealth accounts and rotate them out as you get VERO'd. You will need to let them cool off before re-listing.

Money can be made just don't rely on one or two accounts. If you don't know how to make stealth accounts to stay under eBay's radar do some research first. If you don't you are just wasting your time and effort.

yeah, once your account is marked the first time, you are wasting your own relisting. You are flagged for checking. It might take them a while to go thru their flags, but they'll get you a few days down the line.

Once you have been done the first time, bin the account.

And it definately is the competition. Ebay will let u sell whatever the fuck you want as long as they get paid and no one complains. Once someone complains, yer fucked.

Best way === have a clean account you use for buying a few small items, with small, but positive feedback. Then spend a full day grassing up your competition. Follow up a few days later, remind them if they havent fucked the other guy out. The more times u complain, the quicker they will dart the opposition

I was doing EGay for quite a while, and made pretty good bank, until I had several accounts flagged, and my products de-listed. I have no doubt that it was my competitors taking me down. Plus, they froze my GayPal accounts along with it.

I finally gave up and moved on to CPAs. Less headaches.

I just had my listing removed today! I was selling a fake item or replica. Before I listed my item, I see that there were a lot of people selling the same item, that's why I listed my item. It sucks! Sellers report you when they are also guilty of selling the same thing.

Definately your competition reporting you. Same thing happened to me when I was selling some blood pressure monitors...funny how "Vero" can single out one sales listing when there is a whole category of them etc...

Sad thing is there's no need for the competition to even do that such a thing
theres enough buyers to go around ebay is such easy money if eveyone would

I am a UK seller on ebay and sell personal enhancement products. I was doing well then ebay removed some of my best products with reasons like 'I was not an authorised seller' or the product contained 'herbal substances that had not been passed in the UK' but were ok in the US, or the VERO rule, or I wasn't selling them at a high enough price! I try to keep my prices as low as I can to help as many men as possible with their personal problems. I now sell from my website as I am fed up with ebay removing listings.

My listing were removed to. I had about 23 listing but luckily, they just removed only one because I have violated their TOS. I feel they just wanted to warn me, because they could remove all my listings at the same time.


I have fix them all quickly and Happy Days!

You may try building up your feedback before you start selling. I am not 100% sure about this but I have reason to believe that eBay pays more attention to complaints about sellers with little feedback.
