Working in surveys sites

I joined some US surveys sites using a VPN but they tell me that I can't use a proxy ip, so what should I do now..should I use RDP or buy another VPN software or residential Ip or survey proxy or what exactly? I am a begginer and got confused of all these terms.. Anyone from out Z USA has experience in that?

Use socks proxy, with US geo.
Check proxy risk score before use it.
If you will find good socks proxy with low risk score, it should work for you.

Use residential proxies and make sure you use the same IP every time you log in.

1 slip up and your account can get suspended.

Using a VPS with remote desktop connection, running a windows version is perfect, you'll be able to work to your hearts content with that.
