How To Spying On Our Competitor?

Hey, I've found a page, a landing page, well a squeeze page, which is a wordpress blog try to promote the same product as what I promote in cbank...

And I am very curious, if this people have made money or just like me, don't have even 1 sales yet...

My intention, if he have made money... why not me? and let's say he make $5K - $6K, to have half portion from that amount is very nice as I'm just new in this affiliate marketing stuff actually...

Any idea?

your question doesn't have a good correlation with the post you wrote. you're asking about spying your competitor and then you're talking about 'if this person did this and made money, why don't i?'

you're speaking like you know your competitors have made sales yet you don't. so, it's almost impossible for people here to help you with any possible way.

You can always find out their backlinks. Maybe your competitor wrote a lot of articles and get good traffic from them. Maybe he uses all the major web2 properties. Maybe they do a lot of ppc.

I found his blog while targeting the same long tail keyword.

As far as I'm concerned, no unless you have a good relationship and sneakily get that information from the vendor.

p/s: There is a way but it is seriously illegal which i by myself have not tried it and it is not for your league. Just a head up mate. Some serious blackhatters surely know the shit i'm talking about.

Just play it nicely. You get paid by learning even though you failed. There is no fast track in this game.

There is a way to gauge if the site is making money for the owner.

If the owner have opt-in email, then probably money is made from
the list.

If there is constant update on the site week in week out, then he/she
is making money... no one will put in an effort for too long if they are
not banking.

That is all you need to know... you don't need to know how many sales
or how much he/she makes.

This is simply because if you see your friend making 10k, that doesn't
mean you will make more... and also less than that.

How much they make is irrelevant... as long as you know that the traffic
he/she got is a buying market.

Then it is up to you to TEST your own techniques and product/services.

If they are doing ppc, the longer they bid on certain keyword the more
likely that keyword is making them money.
