What's the different between Vultr and Bluehost ?

I recently want to get a new hosting, since my current hosting is not stable. When I was researching hosting company, I find some problem that I'm not understand.

Does THESE hosting company (Vultr, Linode, DigitalOcean, Hostinger) different with THESE hosting company (Bluehost, Siteground, Cloudways)?

I used to host in Bluehost and sitegrund, they are easy to use and provide cpanel.

But when I head over Cloudways, I see Vultr, Linode, DigitalOcean. Which is about 10$ a months.

But in Vultr Block Storage was only $1.
Digital Ocean Basic Droplets Only 5$ monthly.
Linode also $5.

I know Cloudways help to managed them, but I mean what if I go for Vultr, Linode, DigitalOcean, directly . Are there any complicate stuff for setup? or Just like Bluehost, cpanel will be given?

They will give you access to a server, you have to then configure everything yourself. Stay away if you are not comfortable with Linux. If you want good hosting try using cloudways or closte.

I’m a big fan of Cloudways but we’ve always had issues with Closte. One of our clients was over billed $950 by them, and their support is between nonexistent and downright rude.

Their support is shit you're right. I am using them right now on a new site, I'm thinking of moving to Cloudways.

Cloudways consider a high-end hosting ? compare to Bluehost or SiteGround ?

Linode you need to configure it all as mentioned you can keep the costs low if you are happy to SSH everything rather than install some kind of admin interface like WHM...

Been using Linode for the last 7 years or so I think have had no problems with them it's the only hosting company I use.

I don't have SSH knowledge, I only know how to use cpanel.

Linode does a great job of giving a step by step guide but you would need to still use SSH to get your WHM/Cpanel licence installed in the first instance and I think the pricing on that starts at $20 p.m so your $5 hosting moves up to $25 unless you used Plesk which I think is free! However again, you still need to install it first. Not to mention configure the entire server with DNS records, naming it, setting the IP records etc

Linode, DO, Vultr, AWS, Rackspace = self managed cloud hosting - pair it with Runcloud or Serverpilot and it's pretty easy to set up. No need for cPanel
Cloudways = managed cloud hosting (great alternative and they offer email hosting with rackspace for $1 / month which is great)

We use and love all of them.

Bluehost, Siteground, Hostgator = managed shared hosting (suboptimal imo and pricey in the long run)

Cheap, effective and pretty good support - at least for my simple questions/issues.

It's just 10 bucks for a secure, easy to install and maintain VPS.

Do you mean Linode, Vultr there have an easy to use backend for us to install any app or wordpress ?
And For the email, how to get from these hosting ? usually I create email thru cpanel.

Watching in YouTube looks easy but if you are not a tech guy then stay away. Once I was using Digital Ocean and I got error on SQL. I couldn't figure it out and later migrated to Cloudways.

For Email you have to use RackSpace Addons in Cloudways $1/month.
