Networks that pay you per cpm without a web page

I have experience generating traffic, so I would like to know if there are networks that pay you per cpm, but without having a web page? for example, doing direct linking.

What's the point?

Either; promote CPA/Affiliate marketing offers directly and you won't need a webpage.

CPM networks you should have a site yourself, makes you be able to display multiple ads etc.

The point is that with affiliate marketing I prefer to use quality traffic, instead, if they pay me per cpm I can use traffic with less target (clearly not using bots), so it would be a new method to obtain payments

Right, then I suggest you build a site in your niche and place a bunch of CPM network ads all over the place. Perhaps even popups?

I'm already in the process of doing just that haha. That is why it occurred to me to ask if there was another way too.
