Third party cookies - 70 -90 % users cant be stuffed ?

Hi,

according to my knowledge IE6 and IE7 are blocking all the third party cookies by default you are trying to load ? Only if the cookie setting url/company has some special certificate IE allows to store them. This goes for whether you are doing forum img stuffing or stuffing through your own domain.

Now girls and boys - are there any other creative ways to stuff that majority ?

if child frame site sends "p3p" http header, there will be no problem, so you cant do anything.
But there may be another way to bypass the problem

some alternatives are popups, .swf animations with actionscript, and of course images.

however, i wouldnt worry too much about this, many users use Firefox and Opera, IE isnt the vast majority (anymore).

I just looked this up. It looks like about 35% visitors are not being stuffed

Also, I've tested this with IE6 and it seems to work without any issues on the default installation.

Yep, cj and shareasale for example have the p3p in place, but many small networks and independent programs probably don't.
