If you want some free website images check out http://compfight.com/

They meta search a few sites and you can choose if the image will be used for commercial use via creative commons. It's a good tool to find some decent images.

If you are looking for generic backgrounds for websites Search "Free Wallpapers" too this will give you a whole new arena of backgrounds.
