If traffic is redirected and incentive how could you control them to stay only 10sec?

Np with any question, Traffic Global_10_Seconds and Global_200_Seconds comes from traffic exchanges websites which is an incentive traffic model and user looking for money/point or any return for his/her visit, and this visit usually controlled
by a countdown code for 10,30 or any seconds time to get accredited visit ... it is old incentive traffic model ... but still useful in 2020 for different IM purposes ... read about them here
