im not really happy w my purchase. the software itself is super glitchy, and it works 30% of the time. I tested a ton with it, I got my accounts banned with no user/ pw mention for my residential proxies. I pay for smartproxy monthly HQ, so ik its not the issue. currently if I cant do multi account w proxy support this is being considered just a waste to me. socianator seems like the next option from here. if I can get the proxies actually working then id consider. just dissapointed. I reached out to support too. support cant fix how this has exceptions the moment is launches..

what works:
+ upvotes on reddit comment (up to 2 upvotes max)
+upvotes on reddit posts (up to 2 max)
+text posts
+text posts w multiple accounts
+loading multiple accounts
+comments

what doesnt work:
-crossposting
-proxies
-everything else it claims to support

you can see all my test posts under the following user accounts

We are sorry that you found the program glitchy. It can be due to lack of dependencies or corrupted files. I will be answering your issue here as well as we spoke in email hours ago.

What do you mean by banned? accounts gets deleted? ghosted? Please explain.
As you claimed in your email that the program does not work with smartproxy. I asked for logs which you did not give for any action you see failing. I have asked for logs at least 2 times each time you have reached to us. Please understand that without logs and data it is impossible to FIX a problem. So, i ask you again please provide logs through support mail that is the only way to get and check what is working or not.


FIX 1: Your account was corrupted as you used symbols we do not use [corrupted file created the glitch you faced]. We have an account import guide in forum link [ can not provide here due to BHW rules]. We have youtube tutorials as well which we urge each customer from beginning.



** parameters can be changed but the forum tutorial would be sufficient on how to add bulk import accounts or single import accounts or add proxy. THERE you can find how the separators are used for details. If you have followed correctly you would net get issues.


username,password,proxy|proxyadmin|proxypassword,email_id,email_pass,pop_server,pop_port,SSL[ true or false]

Did you use the separator correctly? Please use correctly.

How your accounts are created?

As we spoke you told me upon using proxy the request are failing. I can assure THAT if the requests are failing then the program did not use the proxy it was working with base ip of your computer.
Why the proxy was not used? The answer is above. We have none reported of account ban till now using our software so we can assure it is not the program.




About not working features:

We asked you to send logs with proper details liked - how you constructed the action - what parameters are used - what is the output log. Which you did not provide. How can we help you / fix issues if you can not provide the LOGs? It is really important to provide logs so we can understand the issue you are facing. I urge you to provide details again if possible or it is really impossible to fix issues without seeing the or facing the issues. What we do is use exactly same details you did and see if it works or not and i f not works we simply see the parameters and upon checking fix it.

I want to clear up and state that I was able to get a lot of the features working that I was complaining about simply because I was entering the proxies wrong before. Tasker18 has been very helpful in support thru email. I have submitted my LOGs and AD/ Tasker18 is working with me.

Thanks for the update and cooperating with us. Since the cross post functionality was broken the new fixed version has been released and is 1.23.



Version 1.23 change logs are -

  1. Auto Load Tasks in Processor from this version supported
  2. New UI – no more dialogue opening — less work at action creation
  3. Rebuild
  4. UI element fixes
  5. Cookie generation process changes – auto show up in processor – no more manual loading
  6. Reddit post Downvote wizard wait after task minutes + seconds swap fixed and works for all type of Downvote from file path + single URL
  7. Cross post functionality was broken which is now fixed
  8. Delete tasks completely had issues of blank data – is fixed now
  9. Task delete by bulk selection is now improved

I'm very interested in your Reddit bot, but I'm a bit concerned about the risk of losing fairly valuable Reddit accounts if the bot doesn't look natural to Reddit, (I believe using higher karma accounts works better for voting), and I've sent you some pre-purchase questions via both email and DM and look forward to your answers.

I just bought another tool in the meantime and it has failed to install on my VPS, so I will probably be buying yours tomorrow but how do I get the special BHW price?

Will it install easily on a VPS?
