My Review:

I had specific requirements that I needed for my directory listings. Unfortunately nkjskj wasnt able to comply and only part of the listings were done to my specifications. To his credit , he was quick to respond to my complaint and resolved the issue with me in a fair and professional manner.

Not everything will go right 100% of the time and how you treat a customer when things go wrong reveals what kind of character you have.

He did right by me, and I give him props for that.
