Who's a cheap reddit upvote provider?

Guys been looking for a good provider of reddit upvotes.

Remember there used to be a ton - but now with some of the big boys gone the remaining guys have jacked their prices way too high.

Anyone know someone reliable at a reasonable price?

Alternatively how difficult is to create my own reddit upvote farm?

I'm guessing I could buy a few accounts, IPs and a bot and do it myself right? If it's possible please give me some guidance guys. I'll be happy to provide free upvotes once up and running (assuming I don't find a cheap provider) as a means to say thanks
