Get a good video, chop it up to make it 60 seconds long, add watermark preferably and upload it.
For IG you can post pornstars pictures related to your niche maybe.
It's really not that hard to figure this out since there are many journeys here that explain many of these methods also If you want more traffic try porn reupload will help a lot, but don't upload tons of videos at the same time could cause the website to ban you
