10 droplets on DO = $50 ($60 if you want backups)
PRO account on Runcloud (unlimited droplets can be added) = $15

Total cost =$65 (or $75 with backups) for 10 PBN sites.

Yes that is pretty simple buy a Dedicated server, install cPanel or any other control panel you want, on it and host as much sites as you want as most of the pbn sites are html landing page you wont get resource issues much,
as far as the IP is concern for each website you can use cloudflare so no ones know the real IP of the site except the cloudflare offcourse and cloudflare is pretty good in static site cache if implemented in right way.

this PRO plan is for Runcloud, it is not for hosting, I am using DO as my hosting company.

PRO Runcloud will in charge of unlimited droplets and the price is fixed for $15.

why dont you buy a dedicated server and host as much sites as you want on it?

I think the beauty of Cloud is each droplet will have its own IP, and I want to use it to point to my different money sites which on the same niche, thus making me fully use of my PBN.

I need advise on which one is better for footprint-fee and not expensive pbn hosting.

1. shared hosting, I was advised to use shared hosting such as siteground and hide it into normal pbns. Siteground price is roughly $10/month and unlimited websites.
2. cloud hosting, to use their different data centres such as vultr, to change ips, and I do do know how many site can be possibly hosted, and only told me $5 each month and have to pay extra for backup.
