Anyone Sold A FB App Before?

I'm selling my FB application on eBay at the moment. I have not sold one before and don't see too many established apps for sale about the net.

My app has over 20,000 active monthly users and it has had a lot of interest from owners of CB products in the niche that have contacted me asking for me to sell it.

In the last 3 weeks the app has made over $750.

If you have sold an app before, how many users did it have, where did you sell it and how much did you get for it?

I have had a lot of emails with offers and am not sure whether to take an offer or let the auction run its course at the moment.

I now have 2 more apps with double that amount of users each. Just figured I'd see how much this one would fetch to check out the value of the other two

I sold an app that made me $10 in a week for $135. It had only 120 users though and they weren't exactly active. I just promoted it really hard with 2 FB accounts I had and made $10 than I got too lazy to promote. I could of probably sold it for way more since there was considerable interest in it from various buyers.
