SMM panel with working YouTube Comments Likes?

Hi,

I tried like 10 panels already and none of them have YouTube Comments Likes service which works. Order just stays "pending" or "in progress" for hours then it gets completed but no any likes appears at the comments.

Yes I know how to get YouTube comment link. The thing is that this service do not work properly.

Anyone knows working SMM panel for this service?

To get a link with the comment highlighted, simply click on the datetime stamp of the comment. It should highlight it. Then copy the link

I know that but these SMM sites don't offer services for both posting comments AND upvoting them - have to do each service separately... kind of annoying..

Guys do you know any SSM Panel where I can buy comment upvotes for youtube? I tried almost any of them on BHW and none of them works, from SSM.net, socialpanel24.com, and others. They just take money and delivers nothing.

Just did a search about them and there are many scam reports on this forum against them as well as after doing google search. So I'll rather not risk xD
