Which SEO package should I get?

Howdy,

First off, I don't know 'jack' about SEO.

And, with so many members here offering SEO packages, I was wondering...
... which one should I choose?

I'm a pest control salesman and I'd like to start generating leads online.

I was looking to start a high authority blog focused on local search terms.
I'm also assuming that I should get my blog on GMB?

Sorry if its a dumb question. I'm a bit confused and i'm just looking for some direction.

Everything was going to be sourced anyway.

If you're going for local business, then open a GMB and get some business citations to start.

Since you don't know 'jack' about SEO, your ideal package then should be serous research on what SEO is. There are many useful threads on this forum that will open your eyes to SEO reality. Just make sure to not burn money on what you have no knowledge of

As said above, understanding the SEO will help to choose right and also do competitor analysis and their backlink profile to get better idea.

If you don't know anything about SEO, then you should find a service that optimizes on-page SEO for you, creates GMB listing and local SEO. The branding, marketing and backlinks cost a lot more than on-page SEO. If you're a DIY person, then you can spend some time researching about SEO and getting more knowledge on the subject.

I would not purchase anything without grasping a little of knowledge on how to do it, at least on a general level, otherwise, you will not know what to expect on each step (your expectations will be binary: or I'm top 1 or I'm not, which can be seriously frustrating).

i often use the sarkar seo but it only works good for 1st time for the money site, after paying it for long time it still same stuck on ranking. probably is because the backlinks are all same.

There are services for every type of backlink, you just have to make sure you have a strategy for consistent links until you start ranking your site, and then beyond.

Surely you've probably received at least a few PMs from people offering to do SEO for you.
Don't buy into it. First, I would recommend taking some time (at least a day or two) to follow a few rabbit holes about [local] SEO. Then and only then, will you need to know more about what you'll need to purchase and why you'll need to purchase it (if you even need to purchase it at all). Read about keyword research, onpage optimization, header tags, best SEO practices, etc. Also, be wary of reviews by "Newbie" [and even some higher ranking / Jr. VIP] accounts on here, as all that glitters may not be gold.

But yes, I'd first recommend investing in learning what SEO is even about, before purchasing a service that promises both everything and nothing, simultaneously.

Here's what I've done for my client.

1. Fill out GMB completely and become active (do posts, updates, pictures all related to the business)
2. Get as many LOCAL citations as possible and then work on getting bigger citations
3. Obviously have a company website that is on a good host (I have a client that insisted on using WIX, they are swapping to Wordpress in 2 months or so, should help them rank better too, Wix is brutal - Luckily I was able to get them in the top 3 - it should push them pretty high after)
4. Optimize your pages for SEO and compare them to your competitors (use SEO tools)
5. Compare competitor backlinks, there's a lot of these you can go and grab yourself for free (Most of them are signup sites)

My client doesn't have a blog though since their too busy to be writing stuff and don't want to outsource it as it can affect them badly if the info is wrong.
I highly recommend if you can get a blog on your site it will only help drive more traffic to your site.

If you are looking for services, and you haven't done any citations, I'd likely start there.
There are plenty of services here that focus on local SEO just read on what they do and if they would be a good fit for you.
I'd stay away from fake reviews, get your customers to write them for you.

if it was as easy choosing an SEO package then we'd be millionaires.
For a total newbie, the best thing is to forget about paying anything for SEO till you read and study SEO then you'll get an idea, otherwise you'd be wasting your time and money.

Many of us wasted money and time in our early days, don't make that mistake.
