Ranking in 2020. Any guides, tutorials, etc?

Hello. I've been an seo since 2010 but left the game years ago.
I know advanced seo, but am interested in any guides, courses, tutorials or threads on effective ranking methods in 2020.

Rankbrain confuses me. Even reading the major blogposts about it don't clearly define it for me. Any simple to understand information is appreciated.

There was a sticky thread at some point within the past year on blackhat that had some seo's go through and test thousands of sites to determine the ranking factors, but it's not there anymore.

Willing to pay for courses if you have suggestions of good ones that are comprehensive and have something new to teach, as i already know quite a bit.

Does GSA work still?

Here there are many guides about ON PAGE and OFF PAGE, make use of it. Also, I suggest practice it double the time you learn to understand it better.

SEO 2020 in short:
1. Quality over quantity - one quality backilnk from related and high DA site worth more than 100 low quality links,
2. Content is still the king - forget about short and bad written articles, they must be user targeted and long,
3. On-site optimization - 80+ important factors + user experience, use advanced server & site optimization technologies (e.g. Percona Server),
4. Larger budget is needed right now than 2 years ago, it's a lot harder for a new websites to rank and outbeat competition.
5. Google is still evil Better start with Google Ads...
