Hostinger is a well known and premium web host.
This guide is short and straight forward.

Instead of going to www.hostinger.com , Use The Philippines version of Hostinger.
The website for that is www.hostinger.ph . The same plans but way cheaper. I know they didn't include Free domains in the plans page, but they all have Free domains.

This is an official site of Hostinger and not a clone. You can verify this fact..

Hostinger.PH specifically, or Hostinger in general?

Hostinger has servers in Asia, Europe and the US:
https://www.hostinger.ph/how-to/where-are-your-servers-located
And I'm guessing your websites will be hosted on the Asian servers if you sign up through Hostinger.ph
But I could not find any source saying so explicitly.

It's also worth mentioning that Hostinger.PH links to the server status page of Hostinger.com:
https://stats.hostinger.com/
So you can probably expect decent uptime even if you buy through the Philippines link.
Main issue might be latency and speed for EU and US people trying to access your website.

Hostinger is just slow, don't know about thier Philippines server btw

Check the forum you would see a lot of people complaining
