How do you fix FB Audience Insights?

My Audience Insights tool breaks almost daily.

I'd be working through some data mining and then bam - no longer able to pull data.

The screen just loads like this:

Anyone any idea how to resolve this problem? Looked on Google and couldn't find anything.

Yes I've cleared the cache and cookies/reset computer etc.

Nothing activated at all, it works for a few hours and then it just goes like that.

Thanks, it's fixed itself randomly. Not sure why it happens. But ah well
