hi, even if I choose "sticky IP" it changes by itself after each page refresh (or almost), is there a way to get a unique IP that does not change? thx

Hello, please make sure you're using the updated proxy password that has a session parameter appended to the end to make sure you have sticky IPs. If you still are having issues, please feel free to email [email protected] they'll be able to assist further.
