There's no easy way. You have to want it badly enough.
Most people never succeed because they don't have the energy and drive.
If you're happy with growing old and never realizing your dreams. Eventually that laziness will lead you to a stage in your life where you'll be too old and you'll realize you have failed. For good. When you realize all those hopes and dreams you had will never happen because the game of life has beaten you. It's coming. Think about it. If that doesn't drive you to action then nothing will.

Being lazy is not that bad, it only matters how long you being lazy
Do whatever you want, not only writing articles that makes you active
Go outside, explore things, interact with ppls or involve in a hobby to the core

You and me both brother. I was in the same situation. It's important to focus on something you enjoy.
Not only that but set small goals that will motivate you in the long run. I had to escape this laziness
with brutal honesty. I just asked myself how much this lazy lifestyle is blocking my progress. Should I
log into World of Warcraft or maybe put together a little prototype for an app (i like dev stuff)?
Should I binge watch a new tv show, or try something new that will eventually be profitable down the road.
You see, I focus on having fun while making money, profit, etc. because I realized.... someday there will
be enough money to feel safe and comfortable, and after I reach this goal, I will never wear pants again.
I will embrace the lazy lifestyle again. So, stop being lazy and focus on being successful until you can
allow yourself to be lazy

Edit: Get a Dog. Seriously. If you're in a position to allow yourself a pet, this will be an awesome investment.
They basically pull you out of your laziness with their cuteness.
