Is this domain name I bought worth it?

So I bought an expired domain about a month ago with 14 backlinks and 2 referring domains which is not the best but every article gets indexed so fast. I am building on it because it fit my niche perfectly. I bought 2 others for just $12 each that match my niche as well. Want to see what you guys think. What worries me is the DR rating. Does this mean it is spammy?

site 1:
DR - 0
Backlinks - 39 which are do follow 51%
referring domains - 16 which are do follow 31%
Reason for purchase - name fits my niche so perfectly and the few backlinks

site 2:
DR - 1.2
Backlinks - 7,104 which are 92% ********
referring domains - 450 which are 55% ********
reason for purchase - name is so niche specific in a niche where I can really see myself making money. It is a subset niche or my main one on my other site. It is an exactname domain which I am unsure if it can help or hurt me.

Are these any good? Any other advice on how to buy domains? Does the one with 7,104 backlinks seem spammy to google maybe? The links are in all different languages and seem crappy but I have seen some successful sites with similar looking links. Appreciate any help, thanks.

DR is just a third party metrics.
However, with ahrefs you can see if a domain contains spam links. Alternatively, do check on wayback machine, the type of content it contained in the past

personally, I wouldn't have purchased domain #2, even if it was called bestdomainnameformyniche.com. So many backlinks from so few referring domains makes it 100% spammed domain. Well, at least that's how I see it but Google might have a different opinion

Don't think about DR, just move forward.

No one can judge domain quality with these metrics you have provided.

You haven't spent much on those domain purchases. Nothing wrong to try with those domains for the next 3 months to know the real effect

I feel like it's spammy though, 7.2k backlinks? For $12? Must be something wrong with it no? Anyone with experience pm me if you have time I can send you the domain name and let me know what you think.

It really depends on what the links are. Check the anchors and it should be clear if they're spammy or not. I assume you've also checked archive.org to see what content was on the site before?

When people gonna understand DR DA CF TF are trash metrics? Only PA can matter if u purchase expired web 2.0s or something relevant.

Yea I checked it. Its spam central. The name is epic tho. How can I clean it up and is it even worth it? Would I have to disavow all those links or is just letting it sit for a few months enougj?
