New Site Google ranking

Hi,
i started 2 sites around start of July

The second one has a lot more content but still nothing showing for positions?

Both we're expired domains I bought, which probably wasn't the best idea as many they had bad history.

GSC shows them both indexed and no issues.

More time needed? Or could be a problem with domain 2

Rankings are the definitive proof things are fine.

1 month is too soon, yeah. Sand-box lasts around 3.5 months

That's a good sign. Maybe simply waiting will fix the issue then.

That's not a good sign. Is the homepage indexed?

Yeah it shows first thing when I do site: (redacted)

My homepage is just a bunch of recent posts at the moment maybe that could be it? Site is like 2 months old and I have a few articles ranking in between 30-80 right now

That could be it.

If it's still not on the front page for the brand term in 2 months you got something to worry about.
