Can you guys recommend some PBN training material that is truly great and comprehensive?

There are SO many guides to find, but so much about building PBN's is speculative/up for discussion, so would be great to see some material, you deem worthy

Can you give me some examples of things that are up for speculation?

Here are a couple of examples of question, I see different answers for:
- When to link out from PBN. Some say when it's indexed it's fine, other say wait for weeks.
- Whether expired domains can pass linkjuice if the domain has dropped out of Google index. Some say, it doesn't matter, other that it's crucial it hasn't dropped out.

Well, that's because there isn't a single set-in-stone answer usually.

Those example scenarios you mentioned can all work. They don't contradict each other.

I personally try to mimic genuine websites and their webmasters. Designing the website first, publishing some original content without links etc. Then linking out.

There is something SEO community calls "re-purposing sand-box". It is a time period in which re-registered expired/aged domain is observed and judged. Sometime it is triggered, sometimes it is not. Actually, it has more to do with hosting than domain registration.

Simple waiting can solve many thing is SEO.

That's whay I prefer it. It removes many unnecessary variables from experiments.
