HI, I am looking to build my own e-learning courses site. However, i do not have any inventory to start? Can anyone tell me how to start it? From where i can get the courses to resell on my own website.

Here is an idea: Be a platform, instead of having your own courses. That way, you can make money off both the course makers and the learners. The problem with this approach is getting the course makers to work with your platform. Targeted ads can make it happen for you. Also, do contact the "teachers" from your locality. Contact schools, colleges and so on too.

to get into this kind of idea always have a problem which is known as "Chicken egg problem"
if you don't have custom you won't get course creator
if you don't have course creator you cant drive traffic...to solve this problem you either have to invest a lot in order to drive traffic or else it will take a lot of time to create a simple site and do content marketing, drive a decent amount of traffic then approach to creators......
