Been out of the game for a while..

If you have some cash to spend what type of backlinks would you pick these days and which providers can you recommend? Budget is like ~$100 a link on average and I need a few hundred.

I'm looking for high quality links from real sites that have real traffic.

What type of links, how should i mix it up? Especially for brand new sites?

Guest posts, niche edits, and premium PBN links are the way to go these days. Your budget's good for those kinds of links, and they're guaranteed to give your site(s) the boost it(they) deserve(s).

Always real niche sites would help you no matter however the situation is. Especially for brand new sites you should be careful in choosing the sites to build links as quality is more important.

Regarding providers you can check out SEO - Link building section for various service providers or post your requirement exactly in Want to buy section and you can hand pick your offers.
 
Get some guest posts and niche edits but the bulk of your budget should go to building your own pbn.
 
Create guest posts on high authority relevant sites. And PBN links, both will be the better options. Look it on the Link building section to buy quality links.
 
100$ a link means you can buy links from some authority websites.
I see few threads in SEO - Link building selling those type of links.
You can try them.

over the last year, i have seen that google cares more about the relevancy of the backlink page. so focus on that. your backlinks should be coming from pages that are very relevant. comment posts are out also. dont bother with them.

How do you judge the quality of PBN?
