I am new to this, where to start?

hello guys, first i want to apologise for my possible writing mistakes.

A few months ago i decided to get in to online business thing, after readig maybe 200 blogs and viewing 100 videos i find myself very confused (don't know where to start, what to start and when) all the information and all the business i read on the diferent blogs seems quite discouraging, to much empty information less value.
I end up in here after a friend suggested that this is the greatest plac to be when you what to start a online business.
So please feel free to send me some ideeas preferably tested , or untested.
Please bare in mind that i have low skills when it comes to online business and arround $4000 to start and in the next 12 months another 5k to invest in the busines growth.

1. Which social, industry, or professional group do you belong to/have belonged to, or do you understand VERY well ? Whether dentists, artists, engineers, students, yogis..
2. Out of these groups, keep the ones who spend money.
3. Brainstorm and find a clear problem this group has, which you can solve easily. For examples in university, I could write a A-grade essay in 1h30 when it took a week for others, I made a ton of money selling essays.
4. The main solution/benefit should fit in one sentence: "ipod = 1000 songs in your pocket". Simplicity is king.
5. Make sure it costs customers $50-$250, above that they will need a lot of attention
6. When you have your product/service, write down a FAQ. Imagine someone is arguing with you and being very disagreeable, and you prove him wrong each time. Speak out-loud with yourself if you have to.

I've had the same problem lately. I found my website 2 month ago. But it took a lot of efforts. And you right that you should start of a domain, hosting. Then try to check about wordpress. The easiest way to create website on your own

You should check out journey section. Find one that inspire you, than research the method. Understand it, modify it, make concrete plan on it.
Just make sure to choose only one method for the beginning, avoid shiny gold syndrome. This the biggest trap in starting im. And remind yourself it's a business it took time to grow and earn you money. It's not a fast track or easy money. Most of people I see give up too fast, they easily decide their project failed.

I am already monetize my hobby, i find, fix and resell antique jewellery, but i want a business that will give me, in time another source of income. Thank you for your advice but i am not in to making 5 or 10 pounds, as i said i am more in to making a larger profit on a stable business on long periods of time. Thank you!

I used to be in the same position as you. I read and watched like 100s of guides. And finally, I was able to start my own business. Not by watching and reading guides but by meddling with people who have a thriving business. You will realize that there are so many secrets in the business world that you would think of yourself "WTF?! I can earn money that way?!"

TLDR: Go and spend time with business owners.
