Creating 40 or 50 blog posts a day is not the way to success. I guess one should focus on keywords, targeting a niche and other factors such as uniqueness of the content which the search engines love.

Don't just crank out VOLUME for volume's sake...
If you're going to dictate your content, you must work with a TIGHT OUTLINE to maximize the VALUE of each post

Not really, you can hire a personal transcriber from your country - they are most familiar with your accent and can transcribe most accurately.

A buddy of mine has a THICK French Canadian accent and his transcriber handles his stuff smoothly

Great trick, but anyone producing this many articles per day is going to end up with low quality content. Quality not quantity. Typing allows you to think in my opinion.

I understand your concern but if you dictate using a SOLID OUTLINE, you save TONS of time.

OTOH, if you just ramble like you're podcasting, the quality might be very uneven

Sadly, this is going to be a problem. If your grammar is bad when you speak to others, your transcribed text will also be problematic.

One workaround for people with weak English skills is to dictate and have the audio transcribed by content specific transcriptionists who will also do proofreading and editing

If you don't have the budget, try running your transcription through Grammarly

If you're blogging manually, you're going to run into a wall...

Why? Most people type 30 words per minute. This means the most you can type is 1800 words per hour

If you factor in editing/proofreading/outlining, you're lucky to get 500 to 1200 words per hour

That's about 1 to 2.5 blog posts

But you can post up to 40 100% original blog posts daily by doing this:
BLOG BY DICTATION or blogging by voice

HOW? People speak at the rate of 100 to 150 words per minute - this means you can produce 6000 words to 9000 words per day

With editing, you're looking at 4500 words to 7500 words per hour or 9 to 15 blog posts per hour

It is not for everyone. But people can train themselves to pull it off.

Then a few months later people come back and ask why their sites got hit by another google update.
Research takes by far more time than typing. Spouting shyte will not work.

I agree 100% - 'shyte' will absolutely not work especially due to RANKBRAIN
You have to separate research time from writing
You also have to work from an outline
Dictating from an outline gives you discipline so you don't end up repeating the same points over and over
Working from an outline also helps ensure you don't miss any key sub-topics that can impact your content's ranking
