SCAMMED WHAT CAN I DO ?

i bought dedicated server from clientvps.com paid in BTC. the guy gave me the server but it was shutting down by itself and every time i have to a day for it to be back on and it will shutdown within an hour. the moment i applied for a refund. he stopped answering. i tracked the guy that got the payment and he has a different website but he is the one accepting the payments unitvps.com and they both stopped answering me. how can i take revenge or try to get my money back.

Shutdown as in? The whole operating system or the nginx/Apache and/or mysql? If web server/db server, then it's not the provider's fault; but incorrect settings.
