Hello and good day. I am Miji from Malaysia and would like to ask you guys how to get cheap youtube views using adwords?

Is one of the secret is targeting cheap countries?

the "BIG secret" to get lower minimal bids, is to open an adwords account using other currency, since on some currencies you can get much cheaper bids for views,
for example on GBP or EUR or USD the 1 cent is not = 1 cent of some 3rd world country currency...

1 Vietnamese dong = 0.000039 Euro, note that you can set the currency only ONCE when you open the ad-words account, you can't change it later!

Mainly this one. Later when you create ad set these.
Budget : Not very high, around 50,000 Vietnamese dong and run for 2 weeks, later you can extend manually at this same rate.
Device : Mobile only
Inventory type : Expanded
Excluded types and labels : untick DL-MA and tick all others. (Note: you can expect negative comments if you target mature audience)
This will reduce the ad cost.
