Growing youtube channel

Hello guys!
I am focusing on youtube.
I created a channel in MID 2016 and uploaded 5-6 videos in 1 niche .and just got bored and left it.
I saw some days ago that the channel had 100 Subs and one video has got 40K views. So i decided to start uploading again and hoped to sucess with this channel this time.
Well. it wasnt how it was expected. i have never been earning on any youtube channel before, lets say i never arrived in that point with any youtube channel. And i have uploaded about 5 new videos to the channel. I am uploading every 2 days a video. But with that i am not getting viewers. just 2 - 3 - 5 views. So i wanted to ask you guys how could i start getting views for other videos. The channel total is getting about 100 views for 48 hours . but.... just from that video. That video its not even getting likes. But its gaining viewers. i was think i was getting views to other videos but its not .
How can i get viewers pls help me . I want to start earning in youtube and get more focused on it

the 4 years old channel is a good start.
just search for trending topics, what people want to watch, find some easy keywords with some traffic and put them as your titles, write some seo friendly tags and descriptions and use a good high contrast thumbnail. share your channel/videos is social media groups.

From a very basic point of view, when a video is freshly uploaded, all what youtube knows about it is the metadata you have told them ( Title, tags, description ) + some historical channel data. if quality views and engagement follows in the first few days, youtube will start thinking that your content is interesting and relevant to the metada you provided, this can improve your SERP. if CTR is high and paired with HR, your video can start getting suggested by youtube.
If your goal is ranking, the "fresh upload factor" is your best weapon against estabilished competitors videos.
you can follow the subs path by sharing your channel/videos in social media or using the commenting method moderatly to gain subs.
