Help me how to start building a site from scratch

I have no money in dollars (I am Iranian) and I want to first register in a free blogging service and after my blog (in English) reaches traffic and revenue through advertising, I will launch a site for myself.

Is it right to do that?
Which blogging service do you suggest for launching a blog؟
Which advertising system accepts free blogs for advertising?

You can start here https://www.blogger.com/about/, and then you can transfer your blog to your own domain.

Use blogger.com don't use wordpress.org i was like you i didn't have money to buy domain and hosting this is what i achieve in 6 months with blogger
