URL deindexed after my update

One of my site URL deindexed after I made one minor changes in h2 headings... When I check on webmaster there was no error or any type of notice... After that I incepect my url with webmaster and it's API it shows that url is already indexed....
But when I search on google using site:mysite.com/permalink it shows nothing


Can you guys have any idea that what is going on

Noop it doesn't help me my seo is 100% right ... Everything is natural . my site have no adsense no affiliate link nothing ...

My site is 2month 16days old...

And that page ranks on 3rd position and having 50-90 impressions per day

Ops ... It shows my all site urls except this url....

Also I added noindex tag on my tag pages but they are still indexed... And I checked this url and it is not blocked for any bot

I got same problem on one more page and this page have an error.... Does removing amp will really affect page that match that it will deindex from Google?

Yeah, one of my friend also said that he is facing similar issue from last week

When search for "website.com" or "website" on Google the homepage/ mainpage is not ranking. Instead website.com/contact page ranking. The site is 2+ years old and having good traffic. But from last week this happened. His main keywords are out of 100 from Top 5

What could be the issue?

Either it is some sitemap error which is not recognized and shown in the GWT or this is some kind of Google penalty. I am still trying to get it solved but I don't have clue what it could be.
