Need help with my new journey.

Hello folks,

I am going to start a new journey, a online local businesses journey. I have done a lot of research and found the online laundry business is good to start with.

So let me clear what I have done till now and why I am getting interested in online laundry business.

I already have a ecommerce platform where I buy and sell music in abroad not in local market. I am already getting a good revenue from my music ecommerce platform but sometimes the Revenue goes up and down, so I am looking for a business which can keep my revenue amount constant.

I choose the laundry business because this days a lot of people prefer not to go outside due to the outbreak and local online business is trending. Local laundry business niche has a lot of potential customers and less competition in my city.

So right now I want your suggestion to build my customer base, I really don't have any experience in local market. I have done a research and found there are 2 ways to do online local businesses which is google web search and google play store.

I don't have any experience in app marketing but have a lot of experience and knowledge in SEO and I have seen a lot of local online business this days are building their customers by promoting the app.

So can someone explain where should I focus on app marketing or on google SEO?

if It's a local business in your city, go with flyers, they are cheap and effective, and make sure it's eco-friendly paper.
Some FB ads for brand awarness will help too, and CPC will probably be very interesting if you know how to targed the right audience.

Thanks for the reply but my question is should I focus on SEO or should I create a app and do the app promotion, which one is more prominent? This days I have seen people instead of searching on google they just search the keyword on play store and download the app.
