Hi,
I have a video that I want to promote using paid ad but was disapproved by google. The video is about covid 19 and I believe that was the reason why it is not approved.
Please is there any ad platform that I can use to generate views and engagements to the video?
I am looking to get up to 100k likes. I am not looking for bot views that youtube will delete later.
