Using their service you also have to consider that they have very poor customer support.
Be ready that many clients gonna be struggling with payments because of the false security triggering and considering the fact that their customer support is very slow and only through the ticket system (normally it takes them to answer minimum 20hours). The answer could be very general which is doesn't solve the problem at all like clean your history and cache and try it again. And then you have to wait again 20 hours minimum to get the answer. And in the end, they can just close the ticket without any solution. I am talking about them as a person who is paying for the service that other company offers me using FastSpring as a payment gate and honestly it is really a pain in the ass. I mean I've never been their contract client but as a person who has tried to use their payment system to pay for the service, it was horrible. I mean the question is not only about yourself receiving money but also how many successful transactions you gonna get through them. Most of the negative feedbacks are about their poor customer support and their false security triggering and even when you are trying to ask them to solve the problem honestly they just don't give a shit. So be ready that some of your clients gonna look for someone who is offering an easier way to pay.
