Due to no support or replies to my queries, I thought I'd test the waters and I signed up on the site, added $10 to go for 50 unique IPv6 at $7.95 a month (https://zproxies.com/pricing)...
When I log in and go back to the above page, it logs me out and won't let me go ahead with the order. Also, one ordering page displays a 'not found'.
Talk about a head shaker.
I give up.
Can you refund the $10, cheers.

I did reply all your msg in PM, and didn't find no ticket in the website nor in email so kindly tell me where did you ask for support?! ( if you refer to BHW i did mention that i am replying 1 time a day, if anything urgent we do have email and ticket support.

It's proving incredibly difficult to place an order and get it sorted, but the quality of the proxies might be better.

1. There was no username / password format.
2. There was no IP to allow the IPs to work.
So even if they did work, anybody in the world could use them.
I await more support to get your service working, as I'm sick and tired of services like this. IF the service turns out to be good, I'll update accordingly. As things stand: Avoid.

Did you try to click on details in the panel and download the list?
from what i see from your order
you didnt add any ip for whitelist, so without the user name or pass will not work for sure.
did you saw these details here?
if you want i can show you how to use the proxies and how to test them on anydesk when i am online.

When you sent me 5 test proxies there was no IP whitelist, so I have to assume when I buy 50 that the same rule will apply, right? Unless I am told beforehand, which I wasn't.
And yeah, I clicked the download list and tested them.
I've used about 10-15 different proxy providers over the last 12 months, I know how to use them. But this is like the crystal maze. There needs some MAJOR improvements in how to browse, order and use these proxies.
So yes, it sounds like you need to show me through this maze, to get the proxies working.
