If you mean able to use IPv6 on your home connection IPv4 as proxy , this is bit hard , first you will need tunnel that bridge connection between your IPv4 and the server IPv6 , the tunnel must have IPv6 and IPv4 on the same device ,
I manage to do this by running HTTP proxy on my VPS and connect it IPv4 proxy when I visit Google websites it reads my VPS IPv6 address ,
lather I was able to create/add new IPv6 to my VPS via command line tools I download and compile on my Linux VPS , it's allowed me to have new IPv6 from different country even on my browser , I was thinking mass use this method to generate huge number of view on YT video but I give up so fast because my VPS were have ~256MB and the headless browser crashes , and I know G soon or lather will discover my method and ban it .
