I am planing on creating an app for a small group like 20-30 people in my department. That pays them 0.02 for watching a 30 seconds reward video from the ad network Iron source.
And the network pays up to 0.05 per reward video impression so what do you guys think.
Is it a good idea and will the ad network ban my account since I limited it to a small group of people in same country and same location (my office) that are willing to watch the hell out of those reward videos and earn money..

Yeah they will get sused out if they are using office wifi. If everyone is using their phone data it should be good.

Location changer as in residential vpn? Yes. But you have to make sure that same user can watch video or complete offer multiple times otherwise you will get banned from platform.

The same WiFi and small group b...might get you banned unless mobile data or separate WiFi at different hours

There's currently no way to game Google for now (that's if you're planning on using Admob).

I can't really explain why but you'll get banned. You still can try to find out, there's no harm in trying.

I don't really know about IronSource, I've only been using Admob. Good luck, if they allow that, then you can try.

Target a wider audience instead. You could invest in Ads for a pump.
