Hello there, I'd like to know how to send bulk emails at once, I'm new to this

Depends what your goal is,are you looking for spamming or any other purposes,also depends on how much Emails are you looking to send per day.

How many? 10 or 10000? One time or multiple?

For 10 you can just use basic personal email and separate multiple addresses by commas or use FWD functions.

For 10000 you're gonna need auto-responder like GetResponse or similar software.

There are also services and custom solutions that will do this for you.

Don't do that. Import big list and you are out even before sending the first email.
