Hi, on a new US/AU/UK paypal account, does it charge $2 to verify in all those 3 regions or just linking card does the job?

Precaution is better than safety lol

You just need to link a card, PayPal doesn't charge any amount.

Yup, just add/link your new card and you are good to go.

It used to be like that before, I just don't remember if it was PP, they'll take $1 from your cc and refund it 24 hours later.

So they won't even charge $1 at the time of linking?

Then where to get these blank vccs? I dont have option with my banks anymore. All maxed. Saw people charging $5 for such vccs
