I really want to make my own server management control like serverpilot, runclouds to manage PHP sites and WordPress on Digitalocean,aws, Linode, vultr.

Please give me any information you've in your mind. You any information/guide/tip would be help full for me to initiate my dream project.

Go with Python, it's in latest trend nowadays or even NodeJS (The easiest one so far, althugh it isn't a programming language rather a runtime environment that executes JS). Honestly, I have always used PHP for web-development. Give PHP a try, some people here won't agree with me, but trust me if you are looking to get started with web development, it could be a good choice.
