Fb and Google Adword not allowing in ads to post "before and after" pictures.

Which big platforms allow this type of ad?

If I were you, I think sticking to the right platform is much more valuable long-term than just going wherever they accept a specific creative of yours.. but yes to answer your question it seems possible on some native ad networks.
