Maybe, maybe not... eBay has it's own bot checking on the listings...
Either you're not compliant, in which case you will need to adapt your listing...
Either you did not break any rusles and its someone that reported you or a false positive...
Call eBay support (I have done many times), they are extremely professional and helpful...
I always have positive responses but if you do get a negative or neutral comment not re-activating your account just pick-up the phone once more, you will very likely get another operator, explain your case again... Repeat till successful

Well they are real people evaluating the cases, their first concern is the eBay user experience, sellers come second...
You need to you show them you are professional and love to sell on the eBay platform while providing a great customer experience...
So I would not say they are strange, they are human

Guys, could someone tell me how to create a new ebay stealth account and avoiding the first suspension in UK ??
I created some account and reinstate them but after 24hrs of the re-list of my item, i got suspended again. and they don't reinstate it again .
