how can i open dispute with stripe payment?

Hi,
I am a buyer, I bought an account from adspy and they blocked my account without any reason, i contacted them but no one rely.
I also contacted with stripe to get money back, but they answered me that i need to contact adspy to get money back, they doesn't have dispute for buyer....WTF .....
Then I contacted the bank , but bank told me that i need to show them proof of purchase...WTF again, they never understand what did I buy .

So my question: how can I open dispute with stripe transaction?

So show your bank proof of purchase.

If you can't prove the purchase, then you didn't make a legit purchase.

And adspy wouldn't block you for no reason. What did you do and why can't you prove the purchase?
Stripe are a payment processor. You need to file your dispute with your card provider, not stripe.

Just contact your bank for a charge back. Tell them you never got the product.

What doesn't show cc number? The bank has the details.

You need to show all the evidence you have.

Receipt, emails, account details, screenshots, banned page screenshot etc.

They wouldn't ask you for "proof of purchase". Since they have that. They would ask you for proof for the chargeback.

Hi, the best way is to check with your bank so that they can launch a dispute on this payment. Just like a dispute you get on stripe with a basic customer of your shop ! I hope it helps

Contact them with live chat. Submit a dispute by clicking Dispute transaction when viewing an eligible transaction. Transactions that are refunds or that have already been refunded cannot be disputed.
