Please can anyone recommend audiobooks and ebooks on self discipline? I would prefer the ones that helped you in person or someone close to you. Thanks

Your subconscious mind can change your life

Wakeup the happy brain

I'm usually the type of audio-books, got a subscription on audible.

Atomic Habits, Unfuck yourself, how to win friends and influence people, the subtle art of not giving a fuck, think and grow rich, thinking fast and slow, extreme ownership, the 5 second rule.

Yeah I listened to all of them.. And lots more..

Will check out the last three. Thanks

Above mentions are pretty good. You can also try this:

1. Think & Grow Rich
2. How to Win friends & Influence people.

3. Choose to Win
4. Willpower Dosen't Work
5. Focal Point (Brian Tracy)

Also.. one of the way best way to learn from any book is:

1. Properly read/listen that book.
2. Take notes while reding/listing the book (yes, it is important).
3. Once finished, try to see if the book had workbook/worksheet type option.
4. Review he worksheet & see what steps you can take 'right-away' to implement those changes in your life.

No book will ever help you, unless you start taking 'daily small steps' towards the big change that you want.

& yeah, if you are having hard time maintaining discipline or even getting started, the perfect book for you is:

Mini Habits: Smaller Habits, Bigger Results:

I used to be in a rut with discipline
Look into Brian Tracy. He's old af now but one of the best in the industry imo. Most of his stuff is on b-ok.cc. And there's a lot of it.
Eat the frog has most to do with what you're after. The psychology of achievement was really powerful for me too. It was an audio-book, not sure if pdf/epub exist. It's also available on the bay.
Biggest tip is don't go crazy downloading, queuing, and reading all these self help books instead of putting in the work. 99% of them are the same rehashed tips that have been known for decades. Read 1 or 2 good ones and you read them all.
Despite that, I'm reading this which was just recommended to me. Very non-PC and full of actionable info. https://www.amazon.com/Winning-Through-Intimidation-Robert-Ringer/dp/0449207862

Here are a couple of books that I still need to read. Some of them also focus on self improvement:

- 12 Rules for Life by Jordan Peterson
- Rational Male by Rollo Tomassi
- 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene
- The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida
- Getting Things Done by David Allen
- Models by Mark Manson
- Book of Pook by Pook
