Best Proxies for Instagram Automation

From best to worst:
1. 4g Proxies
2. Residential proxies
3. Dedicated datacenter proxies
4. Shared datacenter proxies
5. Free proxies.
If you have the budget, 4g proxies is the way to go, however they are expensive and if you're managing above let's say 10 accounts, they become quite unsustainable.
If you don't have that kind of money, residential proxies should work fine, as they are less expensive, but in most cases still do pretty well.
Dedicated proxies are always a good idea too, but when it comes to free proxies, well that's just a way to "burn up" all of your accounts.

Hi,
You stated shared datacenter proxies as fourth best (second worst).
Had anyone tried with proxy on Google Cloud Platform server with ephemeral or fixed IP address?
What results did (s)he get?

You can use 4G proxy or Residential proxy.
I guess it also depends on the automatic tool you use and how many accounts are you using because if you have lots of accounts you definitely should look for less expensive options when purchasing proxies. And even tho 4G proxies is obvious and great choice, resi proxies would work perfectly fine with all automatic tools. Yes, it's expensive but you will be able to manage your tasks. Some of the providers worth checking out for this - geosurf, smartproxy, Illuminati (but still very expensive) or highproxies (in this case you're paying for IP address not the used traffic)
