I manage multiple client accounts that I want to change payer information but can't. The payment transfer button has been hidden and cannot be clicked .
Anyone know this problem, thanks for helping me

The payment profile can be shared with the MCC

Or try transfering the payment profile to the mcc

Such that the mccc is able to make payment for any of the account attached to the mcc
