Hello, all has anyone worked this out?

i seem to be getting spammed from fake reviews and the only way to counter them is to try and push positive ones in retaliation. I have tried to report the fake reviews but because the review looks organic they keep it up, so unfair.

Once reported then they will ask reviewer to provide proof of interaction/purchase.

Use the new feature to contact them (the fake reviewers). If they do not reply after 3 days you then dispute the review. I just did this with numerous premature reviews that did not reply in 3 days. Waiting now to see if TP removes it. I think before must of been a nightmare for TP to review all the disputed posts. According to my friend in the same business as I, TP will remove them when the reviewer does not reply, so I will find out soon, if true.

Reason why they said we shouldn't lie to our doctors. Just say you need positive reviews and ask, how does it work?
